"Who are you? Why did you catch me?" The little boy burst into tears as soon as he saw Suzy. "I want to go

"Don't cry, little one," Suzy said gently, trying to soothe him. "I just want to ask you
a question. If you answer it, I'll take you back to your mom."
"I don't even know you! Why should | answer your questions? | don't know anything
." The boy kept crying. "I don't know anything! Takehome! My mom will be worried if she can't find me!"
"Are you really clueless, or are you pretending not to know?" Allen interjected with a stern tone. "The
surveillance footage clearly shows you putting that letter in the mailbox. If you don't know anything, why would
you deliver it?
"Here's a warning-we're not exactly good people. If you don't tell us the truth, we won't let you see your mom.

Suzy crouched down and gently wiped his tears. "Little one, you really care about your mom, don't you? I'm the
same. | care a lot about my dad. You don't want us to hurt your mom, but someone has taken my dad away."
"Your dad was taken?" The little boy's face filled with surprise. "When did it happen? Why don't you go save
him?"
"Because | don't know where they took him," Suzy explained patiently. "The
person who made you deliver that letter is the one who took my dad. Inside was a picture of him.
