Wilbur put on a warm smile in response to Yance's enthusiasm as if the past five minutes had not happened at all.
He had chosen those two departments because they were the easiest departments to climb up in the ranks.
All he needed was a few achievements and enough hype, and Wilbur would quickly be able to be a specialist in this
