Bianca watched his disappearing figure, her eyes filled with resentment. She raised her hand to wipe away her
tears, trying to muster the courage to stand. But the sharp pain in her foot caused her to sink back to the ground
again.
Looking at her swollen ankle, she felt a strange mix of helplessness and anger wash over her.
As despair set in, a hand reached out to her, and a gentle voice asked, “Do you need help?”
In that moment, hope flickered within her. Bianca lifted her gaze to the girl, but her expression darkened as
realization hit her. It was Emma, Justin's childhood friend, the belle of Milton School.
Bianca had envied Emma before, wondering what made her so special, especially when people referred to her as
“the belle”. Her title as Justin's childhood friend felt like a painful reminder.
Bianca recalled how often Emma visited Class 1, sweetly calling Justin over and over, which only fueled her
irritation. However, when she saw Justin had no interest in Emma, Bianca felt a sense of relief and learned to
ignore Emma’s presence.
It didn’t matter if Emma was his childhood friend or the belle. To Justin, Emma was still nothing. As negative
rumors began to swirl around Emma, Bianca's disdain only grew stronger.
Yet today, she was completely surprised that Emma, in her moment of need, would offer her help. A whirlwind of
conflicting feelings surged inside her.
Reluctant to accept Emma's aid, she knew there was no one else who would help her.
As she looked at the hand still reaching toward her, she battled internally for what felt like forever before finally
stretching out her own hand to rest in Emma’s palm.

Emma smiled gently, “I'll help you to the infirmary.” With that, she helped Bianca to her feet.
From a distance, Natalie and Mia rushed over to offer their support. They originally had no intention of coming.
After all, it didn’t matter to them as long as they achieved their goal.
But Emma said that Bianca was hurt because of them, and she felt guilty. They felt Emma’s kindness becher
weakness. Natalie and Mia didn’t understand Emma's true motives; she just wanted to look good in front of
others.
After quickly transporting Bianca to the infirmary for sbandaging, they brought her back to class. Upon
entering Class 1, they unexpectedly ran into Justin. Emma’s eyes lit up as she called out, “Justin.”
Hearing that made Bianca feel a chill run down her spine. Even though Emma had just helped her, the way she
called out to Justin made her uncomfortable.
Bianca quickly said, “Justin, my foot is injured. Would you be so kind as to helpinside?”
Turning to Emma, she added with a sweet smile, “Thank you so much, Emma, but since Justin is here, it would be
lovely to have his support.”
Justin frowned slightly, glancing at her injured foot, hesitating for a moment. “Justin, will you help me?” Bianca
looked at him, innocent and a bit needy.
Justin cast a brief glance toward the classroom before reluctantly raising his arm, signaling for Bianca to lean
against him.

Chapter 152
Seeing this, Bianca’s heart soared, but she hid her joy. She turned to Emma with a bright smile and said, “Thank
help today, Emma” With that, she leaned against Justin.

Emma perceived that smile as nothing but mockery, watching Bianca bask in her victory and wishing she could
tear Biancal apart in her anger.
But this was a public place; she had to keep her cool. Even though she disliked Bianca, she couldn't show it.
Once her emotions settled, she turned to Justin in a calm tone and said, “Please take care of Bianca, Justin.”
Bianca rolled her eyes at Emma's facade. To anyone else, it would seem like Justin was just doing Emma a favor
by helping Bianca.
Emma's words struck her as particularly absurd. If it weren't for Emma’s earlier help, Bianca would have found
the whole situation much more tolerable.
“We should go.” Justin said to Bianca. Emma felt a bit awkward. As she watched the two head into the classroom,
a spark of anger flickered in her eyes, barely contained.
As Bianca and Justin entered, their classmates raised their eyebrows in surprise at the sight. However, seeing
her limping quickly overshadowed their initial surprise.
Even though Justin often seemed aloof and unapproachable, deep down, he had a kind heart willing to help.
At that moment, Bianca settled into her seat, surrounded by concerned voices.
“Bianca, is your foot alright?”
“It’s nothing serious.”
“Bianca, can you still throw the baton with that injury?”
Hearing this triggered alarm bells in Bianca's mind; she had nearly forgotten about her commitment.
She thought, ‘With my injury, what will happen to my ability to throw the baton? After all the effort | had put into
preparing, would it all just fade away?’
The thought ignited her anger towards Thorne; if only her family had been able to stand up against the Ludwig
family, she would make sure Thorne paid for what he did.

“Bianca, the student union members are here.”
The words snapped Bianca back to reality. ‘Has news of her injury spread so quickly? Their visit can only mean
they knew about her situation.’
As she thought about this, Elena walked in first, flanked by two student union leaders. Spotting Elena sent panic
racing through Bianca; she had worked so hard for the Winter Sports Event, and giving up was not an option.
Elena approached her desk and looked at her injured foot with a worried frown. Bianca said, “Elena, although I'm
injured, it’s fine. | can still hold the baton and lead, it’s no big deal.”
The head of the etiquette department said, “Bianca, | know you're hurt, but you seriously can’t throw the baton.
It's not a joke.”
Bianca quickly replied, “I can still do it. Please trust me.”
“It's not that we doubt you, but the facts are clear. You've been injured.”

The head of the academic department said, “Bianca, | really hope you understand that you can’t risk further
injury, We offered you a chance before, and you didn’t take it.
“Plus, your injury complicates our plans. We've decided not to hold this against you, so consider yourself lucky.”
Hearing those words made Bianca's heart sink. ‘Is there really no chance left for me?’ She glanced at Elena
beside her, hoping she would not dismiss her.
