Chapter 590 Brad looked at the drawings and frowned. What on earth was Nadine doing? She was the one who refused to let Sean stay with him, but couldn't she see how much the child longed for his father? That drawing clearly depicted Sean's desire to be with him! He couldn't just let this slide. He needed to have a serious conversation with Nadine. The boy deserved a complete family.
Cameron noticed him leaning over and hurriedly turned off his phone. Embarrassed, he apologized. "I'm sorry, Mr. Hamilton. I won't do this again." Having worked with Brad for seven years, he was familiar with all his mannerisms. When Brad frowned, it only meant one thing-he was upset. And an upset Brad was terrifying. Cameron certainly didn't want to get himself into trouble.

Had he woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning? When Cameron stared at Brad instead of his own phone, Brad kicked his seat. "I said to keep scrolling!" It dawned on Cameron that Brad wanted to look at his phone. But why? He slowly pulled out his phone and started scrolling through the news instead of going back to social media.
Realizing that the content on the screen wasn't Nadine's social media, Brad instantly lost interest. "Why do you have Nadine added on Facebook?" Cameron, who had been enjoying the gossip online, was suddenly jolted back to reality. All of a sudden, the news articles didn't seem so appealing anymore. He set his phone down and turned to Brad with an obsequious smile. "Mrs. Hamilton addedwhile she was keeping an eye on your health a few years ago. You'd just returned to work at the company, and she was especially concerned about your well-being." Back then, Nadine took such meticulous care of Brad that even an outsider like Cameron was touched. Yet, for sreason, Brad didn't seem moved at all and even gave Nadine the cold shoulder.
The only person who could care for Brad like that was probably his own mother. Nadine had done it too, though. But for sinexplicable reason, Cameron always felt that Evelyn and Brad didn't share the typical mother-son bond.
Nadine was so careful not to disturb Brad's work that every tshe brought him food, she would first check with Cameron to see how he was doing. Whenever he wasn&too busy, she'd slip in to bring him food. she had prepared herself to nurse him back to health.
Realizing that Brad wasn't upset and seemed genuinely interested in hearing more, Cameron continued, "Mr. Hamilton, you may not know this, but Mrs. Hamilton would always put Mr. Hamilton Junior to sleep first before bringing you food.

"She'd bring it to the office building and askto cdown to get it. She was afraid you wouldn't eat it, so she told vine not to mention it was from her and insisted I say it was takeout I ordered for you. She did that for six years straight."
At that point, Cameron couldn't bring himself to continue. He couldn't believe that someone as wonderful as Nadine, who toved Brad so much, would propose divorce. He could only imagine how disappointed she must've been in Brad to feet so desperate about ending their marriage.
Brad felt a sharp pain in his chest. The woman he used to despise had selflessly done so much for himm while the woman he held dear hadn't done @thing for him. Jean had only spent his money and whispered sweet nothings, yet he had been strung along. He was an utter idiot to have messed things up so badly. Reminiscing about the past, Cameron felt a lump in his throat, overwhelmed with sympathy for Nadine. His heart went out to her, and he found himself reluctant to continue.
However, Brad demanded, "Keep going! I want to know everything!"
